Digital products
ThaiOnNet provides downloadable Thai-language learning materials, including PDF lessons, course packages, starter packs and related educational resources.
The contents, lesson counts, languages, formats and included files are described on each product page. Audio, video, tutoring or personal instruction is included only when specifically stated in the product description.
Personal-use licence
When you obtain a ThaiOnNet product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal education.
You may download the files to your personal devices and print reasonable copies for your own private study.
You may not:
- Share the files with another person
- Upload the files to a website, cloud-sharing service, social-media platform or public database
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or give away the materials
- Reproduce the materials for commercial, classroom or organisational use

Orders and delivery
Digital products are normally delivered through the sales platform used to complete the order. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to that account.
Customers are also responsible for using compatible software and devices to download, extract, open and print ZIP and PDF files.

Payments and third-party platforms

Refunds
